Taken from the depths of the files
Originally, this Defib was used as a placeholder. And it seems that Valve forgot about it in the files, so I'm here to put it on some of the best versions of the L4D1 Medkit animation yet! Includes normalmaps and icons!

This addon works perfectly online! So don't worry about mis-matched sequences!
