Replaces all coin pickups with Metal Slug items.

If you want to use the alternative colors, you need to go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Binding of Isaac Rebirth\mods\metal_slug_coins_3108284380\Alt
colors. Choose the folder with the name of the coin you want to replace. Then, copy the "resources" folder and paste it inside the mod folder, replacing when asked.
