Recondition Car Batteries - ISA (v41) FIXED!

Description
This is a quick-fixed version of the optional compatibility patch that was included in the Recondition Car Batteries mod, to make RCB work with the current, v41, version of Immersive Solar Arrays.

To make this work your mod load order should have Immersive Solar Arrays, followed by Recondition Car Batteries, and THEN you load this mod (instead of the compat patch included in RCB).
