Description
Almost! to scale model of Sachsenring in Saxony, Germany.
I used a Elevation map with 1x1m squares to generate the surface, you basically can't get any better without relying on laserscans.
The Data used has a free commercial license.

You can choose between track limits, which are rather strict concerning corner cutting and extending the racing area with curbs or a wreckfest-style approach.
AI doesnt do so well in large numbers, but if they get a clean lap in, they are hard to catch.

Known issues in the current release:
- tiny gap between the track and runoff areas
- wide gap between track area and surrounding scenery
- split timer no working on lap 1

This list is incomplete. Help to expand it ;)

Many thanks to CRJ, CrashedDummy, heke, FBomb and Peter
for their help and patience.

I have some time on my hands next week, i might revisit this project and actually make changes this time ;)

Noticed this weirdness: At the bend around 5 and 6 number signs, if even a single tire of your vehicle goes off the track on the inside of the bend then the game acts as though you went way off course. When this occurs, you have to manually reset yourself back to the track.

I find this to be weird because there's plenty of other turns on this track where the game forgives you if some of your vehicle goes off the course. Hell, you can legitimately cut through the pit lane if you so wish and not have to reset your vehicle as though you skipped a track checkpoint.

Tried this out and I like this track. Flows nicely with the Trophy Runner and the markers on some of the turns do provide a nice visual for where to brake.

I know they are strict, as "advertised" above in an attempt to "simulate" stewards enforcing track limits as they would be used in some actual series.

I dont have the time now, but i can revisit the whole thing in about a month :D

I like this track, but the track penalties are very harsh. Would like to see a bit more tolerance in the corners ;)

Good track! It would be great if you make the checkpoints half a meter larger on the sides because sometimes if you barely touch the curb you skip the checkpoint.

I will have to re-visit the AI-Sectors in that area anyway to make the pitlane a "viable" path, i will keep this in mind as well - thank you

I love the race track, but I don't like how the A.I. are braking across the finish line.

Track looks great and is well recognisable, Ai are also decent at getting around it, only thing I would hope for is replay cameras to really polish it off.
Great job
