Randomized Meteor Showers (60 - 180 Minutes)

Description
Randomized the Time between Meteor Showers.

Currently set to Between 60 and 180 Minutes, as Requested by @Sycend and @gibbynator. (Hopefully this will not cause an overflow, let me know if there are problems.)

Note: Currently this only sets reliably on New Worlds. I am testing to try and find a way to reliably set this on existing Worlds.

Do I need to turn meteors off for this mod to work? Because I have mine set to "Normal" and I keep getting the standard spawn frequency.

Should I be leaving meteors disabled while using this mod to get this effect, because if I set it on normal frequency I get the normal amount of meteors, not the 60-180 min one stated by the mod's description?
