Glaska the Glass

Description
soo uh this is my first ever mod !!! i introduce to you: Glaska the Glass, a strange fellow who likes to take danger head on with his trusty glass cannon. fairly fast and strong, however he can only have a maximum of eight hearts as the rest are broken. his tears have a bit of a kick, so make sure not to stand too close to your target!

Tainted Glaska is an odd fellow who attacks with a shard of himself. He is broken and.. Bloody?? The blood coating him and leaking out can both help and hurt you...... But how did it even get there?

@BigMacc It's something called "integer rollover". His tear stat got reduced so low that it "rolled over" to max tear rate.

Glaska does not have a birthright.. if I knew more about coding I'd make it so that the class cannon doesn't break but as of right now I'm clueless on how to pull that off

Idk if it is supposed to do so, but when I take a hit while carrying the glowing hourglass it activates automatically. It not only wastes my glowing hourglass charges, it also activates even when there are no more charges, which makes the run impossible to loose.

I'm having a bug--whenever I fire the pocket Glass Cannon, if I have a main active with any charge, that other active's charge depletes
