Go to C:\Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid\media\radio
Edit the RadioData.xml file (you can save a copy before, if you like)
Delete the ChannelEntry for a few Television channels that you don't care about. (I chose BOH, Music, and GBC) That means all the lines between <ChannelEntry ...> to </ChannelEntry>
Save
Notes: It doesn't seem like there are freq conflicts between the mod and game, more of a prioritization issue with how the TV handles channels. I'm not savvy enough to fiddle with that myself, I just want my dang TVM.
When I tried to add a radio channel, I couldn't create a new 11th radio channel. I had to delete one to add another channel. Surprisingly, this is the same as the number of TV channels!
If we can increase the limit on the number of channels, I think the problem will be solved.
Go to this mod file. (common/media/radio/ERINRADIO.xml) Change the TV channel's setting from television to radio in the file. Of course, don't forget to set it to the appropriate radio frequency value.
