Grouper II

Description
Grouper II was made as a starter vessel for 3 people with intention of improving the Barsuk experience.
It's a great choice for starters: it is cheap, fast and maneuverable and has potential for good fire power.
It has 3 turret slots, 1 big switchable head light, 1 turret light underneat the head which controlled from the captain's cabin.
It doesn't have more storage than Barsuk but has Deconstructor in the storage area.

I made sure to fine tune the balance so it should sail great, but I didn't have enough time to test it thoroughly.

I found out about some gameplay balance issues. If anyone intend to play on this ship, wait a day before I'm done with the fixes, please :)
