Cataph's Southern Realms + SWO-RD Climate Overhaul Compatibility Submod

Description
What it says on the tin. Simple submod that assigns SWO-RD climate suitability to Cataph's Southern Realms factions.

Values are the default ones assigned by SWO-RD, I just made them actually show up and apply their effects to TEB.

Compatible with SWO-RD IEE and the Southern Realms X Red's Estalia mod

@Iceobeasty You know what? I am! I sort of gave up on this, as it seemed a lot more complicated than I thought, my life got a bit busy and I stopped playing Warhammer, but now I'm back to the game, and I feel bad for having left you hanging - I asked SWO-RD's creator how I would go about doing this, and now I got it figured out I think!
I'll be working on this when I can find the time in the upcoming weeks! :PEAKsalute:

Thank you, but I really didn't, I just had to figure out what db entries point where (which took 10 minutes), and then spend another hour and a half crashing on startup because I was trying to launch without having Southern Realms enabled :steamfacepalm:
