[V-Script] Spitter Slowdown

A simple script that applies a 25% slowdown for 5 seconds when standing in spitter goo. Inspired by an exerpt from a magazine reporting on L4D2 before release.

Features:

• Bugs swarm the player using an unused particle effect.
  
• ow ow ouchie they are gnawing at my skin

Something i've had in my mind for a while now, Made over the course of a few hours while talking to a friend.
