Ship Design Slot expended

Since I can't find any mod that give you more slots in ship design after new DLC, I decided to make one on my own.

Highly recommend to also use "UI Overhaul Dynamic" to avoid any UI related issue

Description:

Corvette were mostly untouched to avoid early game being too easy/hard

Frigate:
Increase evasion from 20 to 45 (The base value is too low, even lower than destroyer)

All below ship type:
Incresed power output for reactor tech from Cold Fusion Power
Cold Fusion Reactor : ~10% increase
Antimatter Reactor : ~40% increase
Zero Point Reactor : ~70% increase
Dark Matter Reactor : 100% increase

Destroyer:
Doubled weapon slots
1.5x small utility slots
Doubled aux utility slots

Cruiser:
Doubled weapon slots
Doubled medium utility slots
Doubled aux utility slots

Battleship:
Doubled weapon slots
Doubled large utility slots
Doubled aux utility slots

Titan:
Doubled weapon slots
Doubled large utility slots
Doubled aux utility slots

Juggernaut:
Doubled weapon slots
Doubled large utility slots
Doubled aux utility slots

Compatibility:
Any mod that didn't modifly the following file
\component_templates\00_utilities_reactors.txt
\scripted_variables\03_scripted_variables_ships.txt
\section_templates\**insert ship name**
