Swappable Seats & Steering Wheels

Allows buying and swapping seats and steering wheels of other cars.
Notes:
- for other car's parts to appear in the catalog the cars need to be loaded first (for example by visiting the car dealer).
- to swap the steering wheel click on a steering wheel in inventory

The Swappable Seats feature is in the game since Apr.28.2024 Update, this item reenables:
- all seats in catalog
- interchangeable driver and passenger seats
