FTL - Engi Ship - The Torus

Hi ! This is my version of The Torus from FTL !

It has a fully decorated interior and is fully functional !

I hope you like it and have fun !

Description :

The ship has the same layout as the original Torus with some minor modifications to the interior and a different hull design.

Here are the names of the rooms, together with their functions (refer to the layout image for their location) :

- Cockpit :
To control the ship and the FTL Drive. The captain can also activate the distress beacon in case of a lack of fuel.
! ! : On/Off Distress Beacon
FTL : On/Off Gravity Propulsion

-Weapons :
To control and fire the weapons. All weapons are retractable.
<< : Left weapon piston and camera
^ : Middle weapon and camera
>> : Right weapon and camera

Engine Room :
To control the ship's power.
E : Emergency Reactor (for Distress Beacon)
P : On/Off Nuclear Reactors

Battery Room :
To control the batteries.
B : On/Off Batteries
R : On/Off Recharge

Drone Room :
To access the drones' cameras (not controlable). There is a button to open the hatch to launch the drones.

Hacking room :
Not enough space to build it --> replaced by shelves

Cloak Control Room :
No cloak --> Replaced by hacking room and gravity control.

Shield Room :
To activate and control a repulsive gravity sphere.
S : On/Off Spherical gravity generators

Medbay :
Sit on chairs to resplenish energy

Door Control Room :
To control and lock all doors on the ship.
I : Reverse all interior doors
E : Reverse all exterior doors
P : On/Off all doors

Mindcontrol Room :
To take control of an enemy... or simply gaze at an awesome red light.

Sensors Room :
Surveillance room with access to multiple cameras.
F : Front Entrance camera
L : Left Entrance camera

Teleportation Room :
Press the << or >> button to be bathed in light !

Cargo Room (also Left Entrance) :
Use buttons on the walls to activate/deactivate merge blocks and detach the cargo modules.
A small ship would be needed to extract/place the cargo modules.

Speed : Medium (Good with FTL)
Turning : Good

Mass : 975 000 kg
Reactors : 6 large (one small for emergency)
Batteries : 4
Gyros : 167
Thrusters : 54 (16 at the back and 9 at the front)

Others :
- Gravity propulsion
- Decorated interior
- Small blocks
- Not many mods used (see mod list in the images)
- Can be a bit laggy
- Can be played with friends
- Good for co-op
- "Thruster damage" off
- No weak parts (rotors) so turning fast shouldn't cause damage

Big thx to the creators of the mods I used, they are amazing !!!

Might also be cool using it with other FTL ships on the workshop !
