Ghost Division Phase 2 Cold Assault Gear

Description
This mod adds Ghost Division paint schemes to the Phase 2 Cold Assault/Insulated/Galactic Marine armour found in JLTS:EA. Textures are included for the whole GD Rank structure, as well as vests, helmets and backpacks for various roles and/or ranks. Huge thanks go out to Schlabbie who took the time to import my GM suits to JLTS:EA, and KJW who helped me with the retexture mod.
