The Fossil - Upscale Restaurant

This restaurant comes with a full interior including a dining hall with custom tables and chairs, a bar and two terraces for outdoor dining. The kitchen isn't modeled because no one ever sees it, but theres enough room to add one if you like. There's a food stand and toilets so guests actually enter the building.

The sitting court in front is lowered down from ground level. It's a bit finicky to get the terrain to work without poking through, but it's possible.

I tried to keep the part count low without sacrificing detail. The whole building uses around 6000 pieces.
