Description
DOS2 DE rebalance. Fresh view on game balance.

Attribute changes:
Strength increases physical armor by 4% per point and strength-based damage by 2% (was 5%)

Intelligence increases magic armor by 4% per point and intelligence -based damage by 2% (was 5%)

Agility increases dodge chance by 0.8% per point and agility-based damage by 2% (was 5%)

Wits increases crit chance by 2% (was 1%)


Abilities changes:
Necromancy vampirism is nerfed to 4% per point (was 10%)

Leadership range is increased to 12m (was 8m)

Reflection is buffed to 8% per point (was 5%)

Perseverance is buffed to 8% per point (was 5%)


Weapons changes:
Two-handed axes deal ~5% more damage and have +10% crit damage, but have -5% accuracy

Two-handed maces deal ~10% more damage and have +20% crit damage, but have -10% accuracy

One-handed weapons strongly buffed (~95% damage of a two-handed vanilla, ~83% for daggers)

When holding two one-handed weapons damage is roughly the same, but the first hit is dealing 90% of an attack damage (game limitation)

Shields armor is decreased by 40%


Scaling changes:
Overall scaling is 5x slower

Higher-level weapon debuff is now -5% accuracy (was -20%)


Talents/other changes:
Shackles of pain are nerfed to 65% of damage reflection

Stealth costs 2AP(was 4AP) and 1,5x damage mult(was 1x), guerrilla talent makes it cost 1AP and multiplies damage by 1,4x

Executioner talent gives 3AP(was 2AP)

Unarmed damage now scales with lvl(still pretty low)


Status changes:
Crippled status dodge debuff is -20%

Cursed status dodge debuff is -0%

Slowed status dodge debuff is -10%

Chilled status dodge debuff is -0%

Fear status dodge debuff is -0%

Shocked status dodge debuff is -20%

Deaf status dodge debuff is -20%

Surfaces changes:
Lava surface deals x20 less damage

Death fog clouds deal x10 less damage
