Double Population

Description
Resident Buildings:
- 2x population capacity.
- 2x tax yield, to reflect the fact that they now house double population.
- 0.5x frequency of eating, making food consumption per house unchanged even though population is doubled.

Taverns:
- A tavern supports 150 population → 300.
- A large tavern supports 300 population → 750.

Churches and Libraries:
- A chapel supports 100 population → 200.
- A church supports 200 population → 400.
- A cathedral supports 200 population → 1000.
- A library supports 200 population → 400.
- A great library supports 200 population → 2000.

Bathhouses:
- A bathhouse supports 1000 population → 2000.

Theaters:
- An island with 800 or more population requires an operational theater on the island.
→ An island with 1600 or more population requires the player to have a theater.

Jousting Arenas:
- An island with 1200 or more population requires the player to have a jousting arena.
→ An island with 2400 or more population requires the player to have a jousting arena.

Other Buildings:
- A clinic supports 200 population → 400.
- A clinic hires 2 people → 4 people; wage cost per building does not increase.
- A hospital supports 1000 population → 2000.
- A hospital hires 10 people → 20 people; wage cost per building does not increase.
- A cemerary keeper hires 3 people → 6 people; wage cost per building does not increase.

Seems to have the following problems as of 09-21-2025

1. Peasants immediately require a tavern even on a fresh island
2. Peasants never require any other building (library/church, bath house, etc...)

I tried fiddling with the code a bit and I was able to get the first problem of peasants immediately requiring a tavern with just the 5 base pop. However, they ended up requiring it at the vanilla pop of 150. Additionally, the other problem persisted of the peasants never requiring any other building.

Suggest using @ zat | mod's modmenu v2 to personalize the number of workers for each type of building.

Is there a way to just have the buildings support more population, without increasing the house capacity?
