外挂式简化原版文化，没有修改任何原版文件或条目，高度兼容除了纯架空魔幻世界（那还打这个干嘛）的mod。
通过游戏规则自定义合并逻辑：可以选择开局直接合并，或在无关的其他文化国家控制下自发凝聚。合并程度也可自定义，预设合并程度下原版的282个文化会合并到大约120个。
声明：本MOD的文化合并规则主要基于游戏性和历史考虑，与种族、发展水平和今天的世界无关。合并的目标文化选取其中最具代表性的一项。由于合并并不总是发生，所以没有修改显示名称。

Are you disgusted by 78 African cultures and 20 types of N.A.natives even including Inuit but count up less than 3M population? What's more, they are almost homogeneous and can be represent by less than 20 cultures of them all? This mod is what you need.
This mod merge culture by on_actions, without editing any vanilla file or entry, so highly compatible with other mods ( except totally alternative world mods, this mod is for our earth anyway ).
You can choose your way by game rule. Default option is that cultures only merged once controlled by country with unrelated culture, and you can choose another way, to merge them at game start.
Also, you can choose merge them to which level. At most aggressive level, even Yankee and Dixie back to British (NOT COMMENDED) In default level, 282 vanillian cultures will merged into about 120 cultures.
DISCLAIMER: Culture merging rule in this mod is designed for gameplay and history state at that age, and unrelated to race, developing state or modern politics. Names of merged cultures are most representative ones in vanilla since merging won't always happen.
