I uploaded a fixed version.
This is a weird bug, since I know for sure that earlier versions of the original mod didn't have this problem. I must have introduced this error in some later version of that mod before I made this balanced version, and then both versions ended up bugged...
The thing is (unless it changed at some point) that allies usually have several types, so if a player summons 3 allies in one turn it will trigger all the ripple effects for every type. This can cause something like between 3 and 9+ ripple effects in one turn, this can be devastating against any enemy mob in the game, specially if the player has ally types that synergy well together.
The way I used to play summoner type of characters would be to just summon as many allies as I could per turn, using allies like 1 turn disposable actions, and it used to be quite OP if I was playing with the "Summoning Prodigy" of the original mod. Although I haven't played the game in literally years so things might have changed over the years.
