Steal Enemy Health

Description
This is a small enhancement to another addon, the link to which, unfortunately, I cannot provide (unless in the comments). The author and I agreed that there should be two versions of this addon: the basic version - his version and... the customizable version - my version.

This relatively small Lua script adds a so-called vampirism effect when dealing damage. The amount of stolen health can be adjusted with console commands. Additionally, if needed, the vampirism effect can be disabled with a single console command or through corresponding settings in the SandBox mode server control menu (see images). There are also a couple of minor adjustments.
Oh, and I almost forgot - the settings menu supports both Russian and English languages.


Console Variables:
sv_stealhealth_enable (0/1) - this command allows you to disable the addon's functionality when convenient sv_stealhealth_overheal (0/1) - allows receiving HP above the maximum sv_stealhealth_minsteal 15 - the minimum percentage of damage dealt converted to health sv_stealhealth_maxsteal 25 - the maximum percentage of damage dealt converted to health sv_stealhealth_dmgnormalize (0/1) - damage normalization, protects against situations where you kill an enemy with low health but deal a huge amount of damage. In other words, this command prevents you from gaining too much health for killing with a high amount of damage.

В целом - идея хорошая, да и реализовать вроде не так сложно, думаю займусь этим в ближайшие дни.

Было бы не плохо еслиб можно было как то настроить, для кого работает эффект на сервере а для кого нет. Или хотя бы сделать так,что каждый игрок может сам для себя решить через консоль, хочет он получать хп за урон или нет.
