We designed him to be weaker in rps(he still has dp) but feels rewarding if you play him with good combo routing, spacing(or footsies) and neutral. The f5 jab will also matter less if you add in the fact that he has lots of 1 meter super, adding in his ability for mix.

just reminding, different games have different standarts for framedata, Tohno supposed to have normal jab , wich is 5 in Melty , but would be 4 in YOMI
also, he could have more air normals, he has at least 3 more across different moons in AACC
