Description
Added more Wizard Picks.

Now one can choose 1 of the 10 level 0 Heroes at the beginning (based on the WIKI) instead of just BSHAN.

Added 3 more options for Taxes and adjusted Rebellion accordingly.

Added 2 more values per Town Distance - 6 and 7.

Added 1 more option for Town Growth.

Can you upgrade to "More AI Wizards" Option up to 15? Why only 4 AI Wizards? "Extra Large Map" Option that is Global and can be traversed by North and South?
