Description
Rework of AO-DLC campaign

currently SCW till 1945 can be played.

Andrea69 took over the project.
**AOredone - Extended Version

This project has been developed upon AO Redone by Grondel. Its main purpose is to upgrade the campaign experience by adding some cool scripts as Grondel did for AO Redone until AO41 East and most of all to enhance mid/late campaigns editing existing scenarios and even adding several new ones, in particular for the Ahistorical Path. A lot of maps have been added and almost every map in the series has been edited (many of them heavily), with the aim of being not only more historical but also more geographically accurate. By the way it should be added that in some cases this kind of approach contributes to changing the game scenarios significantly, for example by preventing encirclements where previously they were possible on the basis of the game mechanics (imho still weak from many points of view, therefore sacrificeable for greater historical-geographical correctness).
Anyway, before giving more details on this mod, I think it is first of all necessary to thank Grondel for his continuous and invaluable support that he has been able to provide.

Hello jay11200, in alt 44 you do not have no more Operation Tusk as it has been replaced by the Saratov scenario

Just finished alt 44 did I miss something to get the "tusk" map was it not included?

I get it, but both theoretically and in practice they are wiping the floor of early soft units. 2 side by side cover each other and can attack with impunity. Too overpowered for my tastes. Even just as a support unit, they are very strong. I think the artillery version of AA guns should have suppressive fire, just like the 8.8. Now instead of artillery supporting my units I am making ground supporting AA cannons. Not very realistic.

yes it can, but only at 1 range.it needs to expose itself, if the eneym units are not completely wiped out the retaliation will be expensive.

It has no retaliation (1 range attack) so can just move in and hammer targets, or defending targets nearby

Are the small calibre AA's supposed to have the suppressive trait in artillery mode? The German 2 cm Flak does not and it wrecks soft targets early.

Thank you for the help. I turned off all the mods and then turned them on again with AOredone at the bottom and no more issues it seems. Love your work!
