Arcane Flower Replacement

I make most packs quickly and for myself, but I will upload any i make for the public :>

This one makes the Arcane Flower have a different appearance. I didnt like how big it was on the players head, so i made it smaller and animated it.

!! THIS WILL PROBABLY LOOK WEIRD AS IT IS A DIFFERENT RESOLUTION THAN EVERYTHING ELSE!! it is an acquired look

Looks too weird, since it's a different resolution than almost everything else. I doubt it's worth it for making a specific piece of vanity less prominent, at least for me.
