Description

Compatible with 1.9.*. Makes it so defeated fleets need to reach 90% strength before return to duty. (as opposed to 75%)
Not needed with VTM. (Integrated)
Can be installed mid-game.
Affects everyone, AIs included.
Works for all languages.

Makes Naval Battles more impactful, and naval invasions less of a chore.

(1.8 upped the the requirement from 50% to 75%)
