Missing Texture Flashlights (Intentional-Not Bug)

Description
Makes your Flashlight the REAL missing texture. Infected and Survivors. I just wanted to make this for anyone why MIGHT want it. Don't hate on it, it's just here as an OPTIONAL item to subscribe to.
Will give
Error reading texture header "materials/effects/flashlight.vtf"
Error reading texture header "materials/effects/flashlight001_infected.vtf"
in console.
