Ralsei Voicelines (Louis) v0.01

Description
Incomplete mod.
To be updated over time.
Replaces Louis's voicelines with Ralsei's soundfont from Deltarune.

Uploaded to the workshop so I can use it on a server I frequent without being addon-banned.

Dude, your mod for voice acting is not bad in theory, take the sounds of a character from Deltarune and thus adhere to the canon of the game itself. But in practice, it is impossible to understand a character with these mods without subtitles, since what he says is only "Huehuehue", and after a short time it can FUCK YOUR BRAIN trying to understand what Louis is saying there. It's better to say phrases with intonation and processing yourself, or use ai RVC2 and there try to process the voice acting for the character Ralsei, there are a lot of voice models on the Internet, so yes, at an early stage of the addon, you'd better think about how best to make a mod, and not stupidly insert sounds saying that this is the voice acting of a character
