Turret Temperature Control

The gun turrets keep overheating!

Temperature starts at 0, and is reduced by 10 every other time step.

SRC 1 is set to 100 whenever the turret is attempting to fire. Whenever it fires, temperature increases by 15.

Output the current temperature to OUT 1.

When OUT 1 receives a value over 80, prevent firing until it receives a temperature below 50.

Send 100 to OUT 2 if the turret successfully fires.
