Let's you open a metal barrel and use it for rain collecting or making charcoal.
Metalworking 1, torch, welding mask and rods required.
Have fun not grinding stuff.

I guess updating the mod for the b42 is no longer necessary, I just checked the blacksmith construction options and it allows you to metal drums in a vanilla way. great work anyways
