Description
Time flies. Day and night cycles in one effect.

This is a rework of my previous (and 2nd) unusual effect.

As of July 26th, this effect has been renamed (former name Eternal Descent) as I have made some changes that no longer focus on falling and instead shift towards the acceleration of time. This new version includes:
-Animated cloud sprites
-Slowed down cloud speed
-Slightly increased range of effect
