Mike's u18 Training Schedule (1 of 2)

Two training schedule that if used in tandem will cover practically every area of training and every attribute of a player, helping to maximise there development and growth evenly, This schedule is a 1 of 2 (link to week 2 below) and should be used together. Simple insert the schedules one after the other contentiously throughout the season (see image above)
