Healing Truck & No Cargo Damage

Description
For every 2km you drive your truck gets repaired by 1%, so you don't have to pay for the repairs! Cargo doesn't receive any damage, only your truck can get damaged (and your trailer only once in a blue moon).

Should also disable wear.
