Description
The base integration rate has been increased from 1 to 3 which should help resolve the -1 issue with races that are particularly opposed to normal integration (different technology or ideals but still highly favorable).

Stability is still best resolved with gifts.

Mod Notes: This alters the UFOP_ASSIMILATION_LIKENESS_BASE property of \common\defines\01_defines.txt only.

This mod disables achievements.
