Elder Kings 2 - Vampire Eyes Fix

Description
This submod for Elder Kings 2 brings back the vampire eyes that were in the initial versions of EK2. I don't like vampire eyes to be too bright, so I remade them.

Updated to 0.14.0 version of EK2

The mod does not need to be updated to 0.13.3. Works fine
