No speeding fine from police car

If it makes so little sense for you as it does for me that police car can fine a player during high speed travel or being busy with another driver on the sideroad or even going on oposite lane - please enjoy this simple mod.

This mod disables police cars ability to fine player for speeding.

It does not affect speed traps (speed cameras) so you will pay fines for static traffic speed checks but you can move freely on highways. So there is a little difference with "disabling fines" in game settings.

Please be aware that police car presence still increase the speeding fine from speed traps as intended in vanilla game.

Compatibility
- Probably compatible with any upcoming game version because this mod just a little parameter tweak. I set compatible version as "universal" so this mod will not signal red with every game update.
- Not compatible with any other mod changing police behaivior. Please select only one mod in this case (You can rearenge mod order in mod manager to prior the one you want active)
- Not compatible with any mod affecting police_data.sii
