Always Have Wormhole Potions

Description
With this mod enabled you will not need a wormhole potion to teleport to teamates.

I recommend using the mod alongside an auto team join mod like this:
https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2826802614
to reduce the hassle of getting players to join a team so you can teleport to them.

Trivia: The controller button prompt to teleport to teamates is incorrect.
