Purple's Population Overlay

This population overlay mod changes the colours and specifics on how population is shown.

-Population starts to be shown at a higher density than normal, this makes planning railway stations an easier job.
-The Low to high density spectrum has a very clear distinction.
-At lower density shows more detailed differentation between densities

Colour cycle for the mod, low density to high density goes as follows:
Grey, Brown, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Cyan, Blue, Purple and Pink
