so first you hold your hands up and jump then rag doll and its that easy

back flip

doing a back flip is a little harder it is like a front flip only,you have to put you arms up instead

(by the way, it is fun to do a front flip and back flip with moon boots)

I was able to do it, the steps in this guide are correct but very confusing. First you have to hold your hands up then jump, and right after you jump, jolt your camera forward and ragdoll at the same time. It's a bit hard but fun to do. Not sure how to do a backflip though, it may be possible but I can't do it.
