Yuan Bo Flag Color Swap

Description
Changes the color of Yuan Bos banner to black and white.(The Background of his armies banners on the campaign map is still some yellowish color since this isn't handled by his flag.png files)
Should be compatible with pretty much anything that doesn't change his flags .png files or the paths for the flags used.
