Description
"Let us, therefore, go against the Romans, trusting boldly to good fortune. Let us show them that they are hares and foxes trying to rule over dogs and wolves."

Briton
Sacred Groves
  • Woods yield +1 Faith and grant Districts a minor (+0.5) adjacency bonus.
  • All land units, except Cavalry and Siege, ignore the movement penalty of travelling through Woods and Rainforest.
  • Receive a free Druid at Astrology. (this druid isn't assigned a religion, and can't take part in theological combat)

Druid (Replaces Guru)
  • Purchased in cities with a Shrine and a majority religion.
  • 3 Build Charges: Can plant Woods (after Code of Laws)
  • +5 Strength to adjacent land and religious units.
  • +20 additional Healing per turn to adjacent units.

Nemeton (Holy Site)
  • Lower Production cost, but must be built on Woods. Not adjacent to City Center.
  • +1 Culture to adjacent Charming tiles and +2 Culture to adjacent Breathtaking tiles.
  • Acquires Outer Defences and Ranged Strike along with the City Centre once Walls have been built.
  • Acts as a spawn point for land military units (similar to the encampment)
  • (Faith adjacency stacks with Sacred Groves to yield +1 Faith per adjacent Wood tile.)

Boudica
Queen of the Iceni
  • Clearing a barbarian encampment or entering a tribal village within 15 tiles of your cities grants +1 Population in the nearest one
  • Gains an additional Military policy slot in all Governments.
  • Gain the Karbantos unique unit with Wheel.

Karbantos (Replaces Heavy Chariot)
  • Ranged Attack
  • +1 Movement when starting on flat terrain or Woods, and ignores the terrain cost of Woods and Rainforest.
  • Culture from kills, equal to 50% of the base combat strength of the defeated unit.

Dogs and Wolves
  • Hates Civilizations that attack her home continent - pillaging tiles, and destroying Barbarian camps.
  • Likes to clear Barbarian camps and pillage tiles, and respects Civilizations who share her home continent doing the same.

Love the mod, just small problem. The Karbantos does not work, i cannot attack with it.

Just like someone pointed out in the comments, I'm also having an issue where the AI is ignoring religion during the whole game.
I have no idea what to do to fix this issue

Honestly don't know what it could have been then. Might try it again

I just tested this myself, the AI did not ignore religion while i was playing Briton.

Im pretty sure it was this mod that was causing all civs in the game to ignore religion. They would literally build no holy site buildings well into the mid game. I uninstalled this and it went back to normal.

You can plant forest wherever forests are valid to exist. Same as if you plant forests with Builders later in the game.

One issue i have with the druid that isnt fully explained. Where can and cannot my druif use its build charges for planting a forrest. It seems like the list where it cannot be used is much longer than where it can

Just did a lovely Religious victory with this Leader. Thanks for a really fun mod, one of my favourite play through's in a while.

Loved the look of this after seeing Ursa's video on the TSL Roman map, got this Civ with the Luigi's city style as directed.

Cant get her to spawn at the start? No Settler just an empty section of tiles.

I'm playing GS and I've tried with TSL turned off on this map and still nothing.
(Besides the civ, city style and that TSL map - no other unofficial mods enabled)

I can get it to work on regular maps, anyone have an idea on what's wrong?

Any chance of getting Tomatek's Historical religions support in the future?
