Leírás
Extends GiC bipod's hitboxes after 3 seconds of crouching to simulate going prone. Now you can actually use machineguns!

Huge thanks to SirBucketKicker, Author of EWS, for getting it to actually work.

To add this functionality to your own weapons, simply patch your weapon's .activeitem with

The weapons with integral bipods, and that can take a bipod attachment are patched by default in this mod. I may have missed some so tell me if you find one.

don't seem to work yeah. it doesn't creat error so that at least something, but it don't give the bipod effect when crouched. also made sure the bipod did work by going near a block and yeah it work if used normally.

oh, and if they've added new weapons with integrated bipods within the past ~2 years those won't work without a patch

also love how they used the argument of "GiC is realistic" with youkai existing. not to mention, since when crouching to use a bipod none realistic? it is done multiple time, obviously the people are laying down but due to starbound limitation crouching is the best we got.

anyhow, does the mod still work if i don't use EWS? given it now deprecated. i know it should due to it being integrated in GiC now buuuut i'm still asking.

Leave the author alone, they're just trying to create an addon for people who want something a certain way, fuck off and let them do what they want with their own installation of the bloody game, if someone chooses to make it easier its their RIGHT
