Enhanced Reactors - Debug Patch

Description
A debugging patch for Enhanced Reactors

Can be installed and removed at any point

All afflictions and radiation sources are now visible on characters and health scanners!
With this patch you can clearly see where the radiation is coming from, who's spreading it and how contaminated someone is.

Use this patch if you think something is bugging out in your playthrough to see if in fact something is not working as intended.

@Victoria: Oh yeah I need to update it since the original mod now uses a single texture file instead of multiple and this patch is still trying to use the now no longer existing texture files.
