UM-XX Class exploration submarines

Description
The UM-13 Minnow is the first in (hopefully) a series of smaller exploration orientated submarines that i've built for fun. This particular sub is meant to be operated by 1-2 people and can be utilized for a bunch of different tasks.

HOW TO OPERATE:
Systems: Operation of the UM-13 is extremely easy, all you have to do is turn the "Systems power" key, after that the entire sub should be operational.

Engine: Simply turn on the three flip switches located on the main systems panel labeled: "Fuel pumps", "Air pumps", and "Coolant pumps". Then just press the big "Diesel generator on" button. THE GENERATOR WILL ONLY RUN IF YOU ARE SURFACED.

Depth hold: Input your desired depth on the keypad to the left then press the "Depth hold" button right next to it. The system will take any number be it negative or positive and convert it into depth (in meters) below sea level. Leave blank for pariscope depth. Remember to double check that the sub wont crash into the sea floor by checking the "Depth from sea floor" dial.

Refueling: The refueling port is located at the bow and requires and external in/out pump to operate. There is also a recharging plug right next to the refueling port. Cables and hoses are provided.

General information:
Batteries: The UM-13 is equipped with a large amount of battery power but when diving deep remember to conserve power by lowering the throttle. If the worst happeneds and you run out of power deep down, there is a set of backup batteries that can be activated by the red breaker behind the pilot seat.

Electric engines: The sub is powered by 2-5 small electric engines. On normal mode, two of these engines will be used but, when set to flank speed, all five engines will be used and give the sub about 10 more knots of speed. However, flank speed uses a tremendous amount of power so only use it when surfaced or emergencies.

Generator: The UM-13 has one V16 600hp diesel generator, the systems/engine maintenance hatch is located on top of the submarine right behind the fluid heat sinks. Only enter the the engine room when the sub is stationary and completely surfaced.

Weather: The sub isn't designed for stormy weather so avoid it if possible. The waves will wash over the generators air intake and at best lower its overall power output, however the engine could sustain damage or fail completely.

Bilge pumps: There are automatic bilge pumps in the crew cabin and engine room so if you accidentally take on water, over time it will dissipate. Its not that fast but its fast enough to get the job done.

Maintenance: All systems are repairable; the batteries, diesel generator, and most microcontrollers are located in the engine room which can be accessed on the top of the sub behind the heat sinks. Other microcontroller locations are the walls and floor of the crew cabin.

Ship storage: Just tie it up anywhere (this doesn't really matter that much). Sometimes if the sub is left in the water without being tied to a dock it can list to one side, however this is fine because once you get it moving it automatically corrects itself.

Stats:
Max speed: 11-12 knots
Max speed (boost): 21-25 knots
Max depth: I don't know, go find out yourself ;)
Propulsion: 5 Small electric motors connected to one small propeller
Diesel generator: V16 ≈600hp
Fuel storage: ≈560 liters or 40 mins of full throttle runtime

I made all the microcontrollers myself except for the ZE modular engine controller, you can download it in the link below.
