Mars and Luna start already colonised.
Mars has five pops, Luna has four.
Both have modified capital buildings, to provide additional resources, and less jobs.
Both have buffed planet modifiers, and placeholder deposits.
Both are now Class D Barren (Habitable), which is a new planet class with low habitability that represents sealed environments on normally uninhabitable planets.
Mars now has an Orbital Megastructure with two shipyard modules.

Starting economy for the Federation is slightly tighter when using this mod. This is intentional, to offset the longer term benefits you can get from two additional colonies. You will need to invest in them to gain those benefits.

COMPATIBILITY
No files modded, although one of the capital building definitions has been individually over-ridden.
Most mods prevent gaining achievements with Ironman, including this one.
