Description
YOU CAN USE THE DLC NOW :) Germany needed 100cp to recruit a single general at game start, moronic design. An NSB DLC corps spirit lowers it by half again. Recommend the More Army Size Limit and WTF No Limits - Political Power/Command Power/Experience mods.
