Rura Penthe

Description
Rura Penthe's system starts claimed by the Klingon empire.
Rura Penthe's planet class is changed to arctic so it can be colonised.
Lore-friendly deposits are added to Rura Penthe.
The planet modifier from the penal colony is buffed.

COMPATIBILITY
No files modded, so should work with just about any other mod.
Most mods prevent gaining achievements with Ironman, including this one.

The mod doesn't touch localisation.

@AlphaAsh Thank you, I see it now, I was too focused on the colonized planets in the Outliner or looking for the "Rura Penthe" system.

It's not colonised, it's coloniseable. Check the Klingon systems that are owned at start - it's in the H'atoria system.

Thank you for making this! Unfortunately at the moment, the system is not spawning in my games, whether I pick Klingons or someone else (outside of the regular random spawn of course). Luna/Mars and Remus work fine.

I haven't seen you advertise requests, so please don't interpret this as one - but I would love to see Denobula populated with Denobulans at spawn. Was really sad seeing it abandoned.
