Fire Attacks: Blazing Lord Patch

Description
This patch updates the Blazing Lord to works with the Runaway's Fire Attacks mechanic.

Place this mod above Fire Attacks Core: Tooltips and the Blazing Lord.

Changed by the patch:
-Foxfire and Decimate apply fire debuff.
-Foxfire, Essence Seal and Cut Down are fire attacks.
-Spirit of the Fox God no longer increases damage to balance the bonus from fire, it instead increases Decimate's debuff chance for one turn.
-Emperor's Sigil trinket grant all melee attack a very small fire debuff, since it disable Foxfire's.

It only does what the description says. Outside of adding fire debuff/attack it replace the transformation damage buff as counter balance to the fire, and tweak a trinket cause it mess up with the fire.

Understandable considering their times of release. Void might simply not be using her or found the need to do it.

You know Blazing lord not having Fire Attack always felt wrong.
