注意：
  1. 并没有消除3个特种学说之间的互斥关系，只消除了每个学说里面的分支之间的互斥。
  2. 这个mod覆盖了原版特种学说的代码，可能会和一些有修改特种学说的mod冲突，导致其中一个不生效。

@Dieselboater if your army is big enough there should be a decision to gain more branch independence points, which allows you to research all three special forces branches.

This is great! However, i'm finding that apparently the player can not invest in more than one specialized tree -- if Mountaineers, then not also Marines, for example.

Can this also be addressed -- to allow progress down multiple trees simultaneously?
