Hopefully, this is my final version

I had to republish because there were a few things i didn't like.

This particular model was the first I made entirely from Scratch. I'd like to thank Zekiarsu for their advice on how to get it in the game properly and for helping me address flaws in the making of this model. Now everyone can have an element in their city.
