Fantastic Balance 1.13

This is a balance mod in response to the rise of the soultrapped DLC.

This is a massive full game overhaul that aims to address a few old school balance issues and some new ones caused by the soultrapped event, using buffs or reworks. It raises the general difficulty of the game significantly, as there are fewer wrong choices the ai can make.

Changes Overview

Changes to Difficulty sliders to better represent true difficulty.
Racial tension adjustments to facilitate early gameplay.
Cost and Power buffs on Fantastic Creatures.
Significant Buffs to Fantastic Stables, and most Armorers guild units.
Significant Buffs to Klackons, Gnolls, and Dark Elves.
New Poison mechanics
Buffs to Magicians and Fighters guild units.
Improved Mana efficiency on direct damage spells.
Improved function on removal spells.
Full hero Rebalance and Caster Rework.
Minor artifact tuneup.
Traits power and cost balancing and a New Trait
Chaos Summoner

New mechanics for

Call Chaos
Flying Fortress
Heavenly Light
Cloud of Shadow
Eternal Night
Wall of Fire

Two new Spells.

You need to enable the mod. Units already created wont be retroactively affected tho.

do i need to start a new game to see the new content? i've got it installed, looked at a doom drake, i couldn't see what was different.
